Carpets

Bonnet Cleaning - Periodic cleaning of traffic lanes with a chemically treated carpet bonnet to remove top layer soil and keep carpets looking clean.
Extraction Cleaning - Heavy duty cleaning where the carpet is chemically pre-sprayed and then soils and the pre-spray are removed through a carpet rinse extraction method. This ensures that no shampoo residue is left in the carpet

Construction Clean-up

Windows - Yes we do windows

We professionally clean interior and/or exterior glass windows. This process can include wiping down dirty window screens as well

Hardwood Surface Floors

Burnishing/Spray Buffing – The use of a high speed or low speed floor machine to keep floors polished. This buffing should be scheduled in between the periodic top scrub and refinishing applications. Some yearly quotes may include this as a part of your scheduled cleaning.
Top Scrub and Refinish – We machine clean floors first removing the top layer of floor finish. Three coats of floor finish are then applied. This will provide your floors a deeper shine than the stripping and refinishing method.
Strip and Wax - Removal of old floor finish down to the bare tile and the application of 1 to 2 coats of sealer and up to 4 coats of floor finish. This process highly recommended for older floors in high traffic areas.
